Our Process
- Contact one of our designers to get to know each other and arrange a consultation. Remember to send a copy of your floor plan and inspiration pictures in advance!
- Work together to create a design that meets all of your needs. Don’t worry, we’ll do our best to include as many of the items on your “wish list” as we can!
- Once a design is approved, we’ll guide you through our Agreement of Purchase and Sale before signing. The Agreement is a great tool to help keep everything honest!
- Manufacturing, delivery, and installation. The job is never complete until we address any and all deficiencies!

Please note the warranty does not cover any misuse or neglect such as heat, water, chemical, or steam damage. It also does not cover dents and scratches to finished surfaces that arise after the installation is complete. The warranty does not cover counter top replacement or repair due to water damage.
